When Hen Was on Her Way to Market
PAPER PUPPETS
To re-enact the story of Hen, you will need:
copies of illustrations from the book
(1 for each character)
or
printed and colored coloring pages (go to Free Teaching Materials on this page)g pages
card stock
glue stick
scissors
popsicle, or other craft stick
mailing, or other strong tape
1. glue colored page on card stock
2. cut around the edges of the character
3. place a craft stick on the reverse side and secure it with tape
